Synthesis of nanomaterials of different dimensions, synthesis of small organic molecules (OSMs), nanocomposites, metal oxides etc by the techniques like plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) techniques, solution techniques, sol-gel techniques, hydrothermal technique, solid state reactions.
Characterizations of nanomaterials by electrical conductivity, photocurrent density, electrochemical impedance, current-voltage measurements, cyclovoltametry, etc
Post-synthesis processing of the nanomaterials, assembly, manipulation and chemical functionalization of synthesized nanomaterials.
Preparation of thin film nanomaterials using template or non-template system by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) techniques, hot filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD), simple dip-coating, screen printing, spin coating, doctor blade method, electrophoretic deposition etc.
Fabrication of Opto-electronic Devices- Ohmic Device, Rectifying Diodes, Heterostructure Devices, Field Emission Transistors (FETs), Organic Solar Cells (OSCs), Perovskite solar cells (PSCs), Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs), Chemical and Biosensors, Photocatalytic Degradation and Supercapacitors.
